"I had been coming here for the past year or so, was good being able to just walk in and wait your turn, i always picked a quiet time like before the school rush etc. now after going there yesterday, with the new sign in system I'm not sure i’ll go back. Too fiddly. Just turning up and waiting your turn couldn’t be any easier. And now theres no rewardle system anymore, i was getting closer and closer to having enough points to get a free hair cut (half the reason i kept coming here) and now it's gone. And for $46 i might aswell give myself a number two.. i watched a few people arrive and then leave upon being asked to sign in etc. myself and my two young boys will go somewhere else until its back the way it was. Nevermind offering me a cold drink, don’t bother with the hot towel, just make it cheaper and easier for us to walk in, get our hair cut and be on our way. Old mate who cut my hair yesty did a great job, but the new system, no rewardle and pure cost of a haircut that takes 15mins, isn’t enough to twist my arm to go back. Sorry"
"I was happy to hear about the new booking app but it sadly also makes going here unbearable. At a quick glance you can notice this is the busiest shop they have, yet they don't get more staff to counter it. Average wait time is 2 hours on a weekday, I cannot time it correctly to get there after work because of the sudden increase of customers at the end of the day. Even with the great popularity of the place the last hair cut i got was not satisfactory, missing lots of spots and didn't even out my beard. Ill still give 3 stars since they have done well in the past but I'm done waiting out the front on a Saturday just to get a haircut."
