"Had my second haircut there today, good cuts on both occasions however today the lady who cut my hair wasn't very friendly at all. She didn't say hello or how I was (I asked both and got one-word responses) - this is customer service 101. I could hardly hear her and didn't really show any interest in cutting my hair whatsoever. I didn't catch her name but it was an Asian lady. The guy next to me had a very happy hairdresser. I generally don't like to talk during a haircut so I don't mind a quiet hairdresser but the lady today made me feel very unwelcome and like a burden. She also immediately reused tools from the previous gentleman without washing/disinfecting. The other hairdresser did all this AND wiped down the chair and washed her hands after each customer. 3 stars as previous experience was good and got good haircuts both times, just very poor customer engagement today. I'm sure this is generally a very good business with the exception of this one person. I do expect more especially considering haircuts on weekends are nearly $40."
