Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, couple counselling, or group programs, we have options available to suit your needs. Our group programs are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.

We offer individual counselling, relationship counselling, family therapy, and relationship learning programs to help you strengthen and nurture your connections. Additionally, we provide family dispute resolution and mediation services, family violence prevention programs, the VicRoad Safe Driving Program, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

One of our specialized programs is Roadworthy for Dads, a 6-week program specifically tailored for fathers of babies through to young teenagers. This program aims to help dads understand their role as a father and develop a positive parenting style.

For parents of teenagers, we offer Tuning into Teens, a six-session parenting program that focuses on developing emotional intelligence in teens. This program provides valuable insight into effective communication strategies, understanding your teenager better, and managing difficult emotions.

Our Parenting After Separation program is designed to support separated parents in co-parenting effectively. We provide guidance and assistance to help parents and children successfully adjust to separation and navigate any associated conflicts.
