"My dog came home with a callous on his paw and small cuts on the back of his leg. It was a heat wave and I think he might have been sprayed with a hose. He's a 13 year old rescue who is terrified of the hose. My 2 dogs were there from Monday to Saturday but no one bothered to tell us how they went. Plus for $10 more a night they could have been in the luxury cabins. I used to think highly of them. In the 1990s-early2000s my old dog was well taken care of, I'm unsure if they've changed owners."

"We board cats here. Amazing, can't speak highly enough. Always a positive experience. No request is too much at the Pet Chalet. They take time to treat your pet individually and cater to special needs. We have boarded cats with Pet Chalet on and off for over a year now, it's worth the drive to Brookfield for us as we can go away and completely relax knowing our pets are professionally and expertly cared for and loved. The Pet Chalet continues to impress us with how well our cats are looked after including if they have eaten, toileted, and they will substitute food until they find something the cats are happy with if they don't think our cats have eaten and more. Consider yourself lucky if you board your pet here. You can go away and relax knowing your pet is 100% loved and cared for like you'd do it yourself."
