"Went in for a cut on the 08/04/2023. Not to sure If I caught Robin or Robert on a bad day. Can't quite remember his name. Went in there for a fade and a beard trim. He was very rough when cutting my hair at times causing a level of discomfort, wasn't really taking the time to make sure he was cutting it well. Then when it came to the beard trim he somehow cut my beard shorter on the right side and left the left side longer. During the haircut he also answered the phone and spoke to a customer. After putting the phone down decided to make sarcastic jokes about them Infront of all the customers in the store. Thought this was quite an unprofessional. Can't say I will go back there but IF I do I definitely won't be having him cut my hair again."

"Very nice and tidy barber and a lady. It's in kenmore plaza two doors left from nandos. I went in and they even trimmed my hair that's past my bottom. No earlier hair or shavings on floor, kept very tidy. Disabled parking and access. Enough other parks. Public toilets are close."
"The younger guy is great and amazing with my kids, however whenever we get the older blonde woman she gets stroppy when told what haircut I wanted for my kids (I had photos as reference) to the point where she was acting childish and refusing to reply to me. I only gave her extra directions as she's messed up the same basic haircut every time she's had one of my kids - so there's no winning with her. But the younger guy was GREAT, choose him if possible and avoid the older lady."
