"Don’t let them work on your hair. Doesn’t matter what you ask, show or want, they will do it their way and as you can see with the reviews nothing has been done right. I got purple ash hair when I asked for soft creamy blond. PURPLE ASH! But I’ve been told to wait a week and it will go away. Thank you. Amazing work. Update: the purple/ash is gone, looks better a week later. I will take 1 star back and do 3 as it still took a week to the color I don't mind."

"I recently had an appointment at the hair salon, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I had scheduled my appointment for 11 am, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes just to get my hair washed. This initial delay was quite frustrating, as it set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. To make matters worse, while my hair was being washed and the treatment was being applied, there was a sudden change of hair stylists. Another stylist came over to have a conversation with the person washing my hair, completely disrupting the already limited sense of relaxation and tranquility I had hoped for. It was evident that client comfort and satisfaction were not prioritised. Following this interruption, I had to endure another 15-minute wait before someone started working on my hair. Unfortunately, the stylist who performed the haircut seemed rushed and inattentive. It was clear that she didn't take the time to thoroughly assess what she was cutting, resulting in a lack of precision and attention to detail. Additionally, when it came time to dry my hair, she hurried through the process, neglecting to give it the proper care and finesse it deserved. Overall, I left the salon feeling highly dissatisfied with the service I received. It's disheartening when a hair salon fails to prioritise client satisfaction and neglects the importance of attention to detail. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for the salon to reflect on and improve upon their services in the future."
