"To start with, on my first visit, I was so impressed with the service, the colour and cut results. The stylist did a balayage with 3 different shades and it was beautiful. Booked a second appointment to have the same colours applied, however, I walked away with only one very dark shade (after confirming many times with the stylist to use all 3 shades again). The results were not worth the $400 second visit, but I let it go as the first time was amazing and the salon was very busy so the stylist was working on multiple clients at once. The third and very much the last time, the stylist was working on 3 other clients at the same time. It cost me more than $1,000 and I walked out with hair that even the staff looked at funny. The stylist knew this and applied the colour 3 times. After only one wash at home using the products they recommended, the colour completely washed out, leaving me with bright red roots, orange on the mid lengths and blonde fried ends. The stylist also cut off 5cm from my already short bob hair without consultation. I spent a further $300 to have it fixed and have the confidence to go to work etc without my hair looking like a dodgy at home job. Called the salon, and a not so friendly salon owner proceeded to say that I was told I could come back if I don't like the colour multiple times. To correct her, her staff offered the hair colour for me to PURCHASE and do at home. No one said anything about going back when the colour came out as bad as it did. When I left the third visit and saw the other staff not impressed with my hair, none of them said I could come back to get it fixed. The stylist tried her best, but I believe the bad time management in a salon which you would expect to receive premium service, is what caused this. Never again oscar oscar mt gravatt."

As soon as I sat down I felt felt so welcomed asking me if I would like a tea or coffee or even a juice the way they acknowledge there clients is amazing. My hair was done so nicely by Michael who is in his 2nd year, Michael is the nicest person to talk to he is so genuine and has the kindest heart I have been a hair training model multiple times and Oscar and Oscar at Garden City really hit the jackpot.
