"This review is from my lovely wife. Since they messed up her hair.she definitely dont want to go back there since they got the color totally wrong. She has been back and asked them to correct it and they have the Gaul to ask her to pay $50 something to fix it.ladies beware of these people. If they mess your hair up then they expect you to cough up and pay to have it fixed.shame on you!"

"I travel 84klms for a haircut there. Never had a bad haircut yet. . Friendly staff who listen, advise and can cope with any age group or style. Makes a huge difference to know your hair looks good at a very reasonable price."

"I have never ever reviewed anything but my haircut was so bad that I can’t not leave one. I did not get the haircut that I asked for. I showed the hairdresser a photo of the length I wanted and specified I wanted a blunt cut just below the jaw with face shaping. I then told her “do not go above the jaw, I have had that before and it looks terrible on me” and what did I get? A bob that is WELL ABOVE my jaw, almost at my ears, and literally exactly what I asked NOT to have done. I left the salon embarrassed at my hairstyle and cried in my car. I now have to attempt to wear it up or pinned back every day to avoid the embarrassment of looking like a young boy with this haircut. It is so short that this is extremely difficult, so thank you hair on Piccadilly for this daily inconvenience for the next month until it grows out. I am embarrassed that I paid to have my hair look like this. I thought my preferred style was simple enough for any hairdresser to carry out but apparently not. I will not be going back again. I will be going to a higher priced salon next time because evidently you get what you pay for."

"There is a wonderful vibe among the staff in this salon, which was evident soon after arriving on what was my first visit. I had a story to tell about the disastrous state that was my hair was in and Emma listened carefully and was solution focussed in her suggestions. We quickly had a plan and she was very efficient in getting everything done. I could see she paid close attention to all aspects of her work and I felt completely confident that I was in good hands, especially after I'd had some bad experiences. The results were fantastic now every day is a good hair day!"
