"Loved my hairdresser, but, the owner needs to step down. I came in on the 23rd of December. Just before a 10hr overnight shift. I take pride in my work, the owner of the salon, a middle aged male, made a point on how the company I work for is useless. It was clear he makes his female employees uncomfortable, as well as some customers. When my partner left, the owner invaded my personal space and continued insulting the company I work for. I wish the best for this salon, and I absolutely loved my haircut. The owner made me uncomfortable, which is enough reason for me to never come back. My advice is to learn some business etiquette."
"Showed hairdresser where I wanted my daughter's hair cut to. Sat there whilst she made the first few cuts and approved length. Went to check on my other child waiting and came back and she has taken at least 5cm more than agreed and originally cut. My daughter said the hairdresser went oops when she made an error. Too late then. Waited 50 minutes for the cut. Won't be going back."
"Usually a great haircut but this time not what I asked for. I asked for the same as before which is a short bob the same length with a small undercut. Instead, I got it cut in to my neck. It's look when not tucked behind my ears but its too short otherwise and not what I asked for. Luckily It will grow back."
"Very disappointed with the results of getting my hair done there. Got 1/2 head of foils & regrowth done. 4 hours later & $250 out of pocket you can only noticed that I had my hair straighten! Most of the time she was putting colors over my hair as my hair went red. The only reason I know this, is because the other hairdressers were discussion it between themselves, not with me. No toner or treatment was applied. Very disappointed. I bet I don't get a reply. Should get a full refund"
"An easy place to get a quality haircut at a reasonable price. Generally you can rock up and get a haircut without too much waiting around. Even if there was a wait, you can easily entertain yourself with the $2 shop next door or the free wifi. Staff are polite and helpful."
