"Extremely rude manager/owner My wife and I were here today for a hair cut appointment for our twin girls. Upon arrival we were told (slightly rudely) to come back after 15 mins. We left and came back and then were asked to wait again inside. After 20 mins of no contact, wife asked Alana (mgr/owner) about the wait time and was unapologetically and rudely told to come another day or wait longer. I asked Alana why she was asking us to come another day even after having an appointment. She responded rather rudely by saying that hair cut for babies is free and sounded like she was doing a favour (Alana clearly displayed the intent of not providing service to us). I offered to pay full price for the cuts because we were already there but then she said the wait in long. At that point I told her that she could have called me (store had my name and number) and cancel the booking. I was shocked at her response when she said “Please leave or I will call security”. I acknowledged and left but did say to Alana that for a customer facing profession, she was very rude and not managing customers well. Never going there again."

"Such unprofessional and incredibly rude young staff, will never go back or recommend them. Did not even explain or ask my daughter what style would suit her or offer suggestions. She didn't get what she wanted and when she explained to the girl she said someone else would have to finish it off. Then the rude unsmiling girl who cut mine rolled her eyes when the original cutter told her she had to finish her hair off. Both rude and red hair girl needs to go."

"This would be a one star if not for the nice hairdresser. I was appalled by a girl that did my eyebrows and washed my hair. Her name was Rhi. If someone gets allocated her, say NO. I've had my eyebrows done a LOT and that was SO bad... not only was she not good at her job but she was unbelievably rude. I couldn't believe it. Obviously didn't want to be there. I don't usually review places but that was MESSED. To add to that, they didn't have any change to give me so I had to leave my phone there as collateral while I tried to find somewhere to exchange the money. Yeah, I'll probably go back because I've been there before and everyone else seems nice, but she needs to go. Nothing was pleasant with the time I was with her. So so so bad. I hope she's not there next time."

"I had my hair extensions done here this week. Alanah & her team were amazing. very efficient when talking me through colours and pricing and i felt so confident the whole time I was in salon. very affordable and great service can’t wait for my next appointment in 6 weeks!"

"$236 to walk out with wet limp hair. I asked for fresh hair, a cut and a colour however the girls thought it was acceptable to charge me extra for a blow dry yet because my hair was still wet I could not see the colour OR the true cut. The colour is fine however there was some staining on my foreheads. The cut - shapeless and drab."
