"You recently sent a text to my mobile saying that you had missed me at Luxxe Hair. I can only say that I have not missed you at all. You gave me the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I do not believe that a dry hair cut is the way to go for curly hair. When I got home I washed my hair and let it dry naturally, as I always do, only to discover how lopsided it was and all the straggly bits you did not cut. I fixed it up myself even though you said to come back if I was not completely happy. I figured if you could not get it right in the first place there was not point in coming back. And on that note, I will not be back"
