"This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review about anyone, but today I experienced such an aggressive and unpleasant experience that I would not wish it on anyone else. Yes, I had 2 great cuts from a young lady who no longer works there, and riding on the high of those 2 good cuts I went back for a dreadful colour... but I was willing to give them another go. However today the hairdresser was rude, pushy, and when I started to express a view ( about my own preference) she cut me off mid-sentence saying " do you ACTUALLY want to get your hair cut?"... WOW! Stunned! I left. I will never be back. That... was beyond horrible customer service."
