"Really appreciate the effort of the team here at this bush Vet practice. Our most recent visit with Dr Cordelia in particular was excellent. The staff are helpful and understanding even in situations that are not ideal. Will keep going back for our routine visits!"

"Twice now Green cross vets have scheduled us for an appointments only for us to arrive on time and for the receptionist to tell us we are late or the dates are wrong etc even though we get the booking details emailed to us. The second time my partner was accused of being late ( even though she arrived on time per our emailed confirmation) she had be told there was a delay with one of the vets and when she got up to ask how much longer because she had work that afternoon she was given a lecture on being on time for appointments. Will never be using these clowns again. Absolutely disgraceful. Get some better reception staff who know what they are doing."
