"The team here did a wonderful job looking after my boxer puppy. They were great with communication and kept me updated the whole time she was in there. When I eventually picked up my girl, she didn’t want to leave! A clear sign on just how amazing the staff here are!"
"We had to bring in our cat Falkor as he had deteriorated recently and we didn't want to wait any longer to see our regular vet on a weekday. All staff were very caring and patient. Dr Michelle was very kind to Falkor and very clear in her explanations, did a thorough examination which unfortunately revealed a bad prognosis of probable brain mass. With high likelihood of Falkor further deteriorating we made the difficult choice to let him go. Dr Michelle explained the process very patiently and was very respectful of our distress. She let us say goodbye and take as much time as we needed. Although we were understandably quite upset, she and the other staff were so caring and I felt supported. Unfortunately the outcome was not what we hoped but what we feared. Thank you for your kindness to Falkor and to us."
"Our 10-week-old King Charles Spaniel suffered a broken leg and the staff at AEC were just brilliant, unlike our hospital system, there was no ramping, immediately taken for pain relief an treatment. Louie spent two nights with AEC and everyday and every evening we were sent photos demonstrating his state of health. A few check-ups and then 6 weeks later we had X-rays confirming all is now ok, but even then, we receive follow up call checking on how he was going. We interacted with perhaps 6 differing vets, 5 vet nurses and all of the wonderful receptionist staff, all were absolutely magnificent. Thank you will never be enough."
"This is the second time I've left a five star review for this clinic. Sadly, we had to rush our baby boy here on Friday night as he wasn't eating, was cold to touch and his gums and tongue were white. They were so good on the phone, so lovely when we arrived and treated him with sincere urgent care. Ultimately his condition was a tumour on his heart that had ruptured and he could not be saved - they were the epitome of empathy and professionalism at every moment - the most difficult and painful moment of our lives. We made the decision to put him to sleep and were given all the information we needed about every step of the process, were given a private room with him, a candle burning, a sweet illuminated message about goodbyes, and as much time as we needed to say our farewell. An absolutely heartbreaking time supported with care and understanding by the team here. Thank you all so much ❤️ Dario & Salvo and our beautiful baby boy Lyko"
"Took my little Italian Greyhound here two days ago with anaphylactic shock. The vets and vet nurses were so amazing - with my girl making a full recovery 24 hours later. The care and expertise were second to none, very good communication and loving towards my girl. I feel very comfortable coming back again if another emergency presents itself."
