"We booked into Greencross Vets because it was time to put down our beloved family dog. Our local vet was closed and we went to Greencross Vets as they were nearby. We didn't know what to expect, having not gone through this experience before. Dr William was amazing (as was the nurse, whose name I have forgotten, apologies). He explained what was going to happen, treated our dog with utmost respect and compassion, and treated our family with kindness. Because of Dr William, everything went as well and smoothly as we could have hoped for. Knowing our pet had a good death made this difficult day just that little bit easier."

My little fur baby saw Dr William regularly and as her life journey was coming to an end, he cared for Bella with so much love and respect and genuinely had her best interest at heart. He walked this last journey with us, every step of the way, providing guidance and comfort in the hardest times and decisions. He loved our girl so much and we have so much respect for him, Amanda and the team that we knew Bella would feel at ease with him in her final moments. They cared for us, respected our grieving process and together as a team loved Bella through her passing. On the hardest day I’ve ever had to endure, Dr William and Amanda made the moment special and one that I will never forget. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for us and the journey we all had with Bella.
