Our Founder & Owner, Tavinia, also known as Tee, has gained a reputation as one of the most sought-after Brow & Lash artists in the area, with a loyal clientele who appreciate her exceptional skills. At One Million iLab, we pride ourselves on providing an elevated level of eye artistry, offering a truly unique and high-quality experience to our clients using innovative and high-performing products from around the world.

Tee's commitment to excellence is evident in her training at prestigious academies such as Fame Feisty, Elleebana, and Brow Bible. She continuously seeks ongoing education, stays up-to-date with product innovations, and actively participates in industry development to ensure that she delivers the best possible service to her clients.

When booking an appointment with us, please note that a non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to confirm your reservation. At the moment, we only accept electronic payment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice if you need to reschedule or transfer your booking fee to a new appointment. You can easily reschedule through the link provided in your email or by calling or texting us at 0488525299.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, but canceling an appointment will result in the voiding of any fees paid. We encourage you to reschedule instead. Please be aware that if you cancel at short notice on more than two occasions, we may require full payment in advance for all future appointments.

If you find yourself running a little late, please let us know by texting 0488525299. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a No Show.

To ensure a comfortable and focused environment, we kindly request that only one person attends each appointment. Please leave any extras and children at home so that you can fully enjoy your pampering session.

While we offer discounted lash and brow packages of up to 10%, please note that coupons and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with these packages.

Our opening hours are as follows: Tuesday 5-8pm, Wednesday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm, and Saturday 7am-12pm.
