"The barbers in this store go too frequently. Today, a new barber cut her hair, and the haircut was very bad. It can be doubted that she had no experience in cutting hair at all before this. The girls at the front desk had a bad service attitude and refused to provide any solution when asking for an apology and a refund."

"my back was burnt by some exfoliate product which is fine, but the beautician put a super hot towel over my back as solution! My back burnt immediately until I couldn't stand anymore then 'suggested' her to put an icing towel in order to calm it down. It took over 30 mins to solve this problem and she still include this incident as a 60 mins service with full charge. very bad service."

"I can confirm the reviews stated regarding punctuality is true. My wait time is now 30 minutes and counting. I have never had a good experience here at Miss M. The last time I was here, the male hairdresser threw me a towel and told me to dry my hair while he waited. A bit of context, it is normal to expect the hairdresser to dry your hair after washing it for you. But hey, I have a gift card for the place and I can’t see it to waste. Definitely won’t be coming back once I use up my gift card."
