"Went there to get my cat vaccinated and a health check. Milo is a little shy and don’t normally like people, but we had an amazing experience there today, thank you. I would highly recommend to go there ! Lovely staff and very calm atmosphere."
"I needed an emergency appt & was seen very quickly. I was in a distressed state & each staff member I encountered treated me with empathy. My pet was quickly assessed & treatment commenced. Highly recommend."
"My cat was lost a few months ago, someone took him to VetLove 11/5 and apparently the contact number on the microchip was disconnected (wrong as I had a missed call from them) so they deemed it appropriate to not take down ANY details of the person with my cat and sent them off to take the cat to a rehoming centre themselves. The manager there didn’t leave any notes or details for the staff the following day, so they have tried to provide the correct information to me on what normal process should have been but this ended with me going on a giant goose chase, calling multiple councils rehoming centres in the area before finding out that the vet manager actually did absolutely nothing. Manager then tried to blame staffing issues because obviously that would affect their ability to take down literally any information for the person with my cat. Lazy, disgusting service. Apologised for the “frustration” caused and did absolutely nothing more to assist but suggest I post on lost and found pages. Receptionists were nice but feel sorry for them for having to try and cover for their dimwit practice manager’s incompetence."
"Very good service and professional staff. They were pretty busy but they still squeezed my cat in because she was experiencing UTI symptoms and got irritated skin due to diarrhea. Grace is very thoughtful. And reception lady is lovely and friendly as well. Highly recommend this place."
