Reviews
"Staff are well coordinated and supportive of each other, and patrons attending. Technicians were professional in their interactions. The optometrist looked after my concerns and explained options for lens and optical options used. These were thoroughly tested, explored, and explained with care. I felt confident to continue treatment in the coming weeks."
"They might be good at what they do, BUT they are SEVERLY lacking in communicating to patients what they are doing. As well, they are seriously delayed in forwarding information back to optometrists. A disappointing organisation that is not taking the care of the older generation."
"Thank you Dr Jon Farrah for giving me back my sight, I can see the world again, so clear crisp and fresh. I am in awe and absolute amazement and so very grateful for the cataract surgery. Although I was hesitant and scared I'm so glad I did. Also for being so kind and supportive and explaining the process each step of the way. I could see straight away and everyday it was clearer and clearer and my eyes were back to normal and like I've never even had a operation. Mel at the day surgery was great and very helpful, The reception and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming."
"Dr Farrah and his staff have been looking after me with a cataract. They are the most wonderful friendly staff I have ever had to deal with. Thank you for your wonderful care"
"I have been a patient at Infinity vision for several years and cannot fault the treatment I have received, Dr Farrah and his staff provide excellent care and have helped me enormously with my eye treatment , however todays visit was concerning regarding the attitude towards Covid. The majority of staff were not wearing masks, patients were not asked to wear masks despite the virus being rampant in all areas. I am expected to wear a mask when visiting our local pharmacy and when attending our doctors surgery. One patient was coughing in the waiting room and was directed into an examination room at the same time as me and continued coughing while sitting at the equipment we were both being asked to use. I would have expected the staff to ask the patient to at least wear a mask or leave. Please don’t ignore this insidious virus and consider other peoples concerns."
