"I always take my animals to Greencross vets at lawnton. The staff are amazing and always have a smile when they greet you and always remember my pets' names there is plenty of parking and the pet store is right next door so you can drop in for something for your favourite pet."

"Had to bring my dog in for a vet emergency. Despite being booked for the day plus other emergency cases they were able to squeeze her in. The staff were lovely and paid close attention to my concerns. They made what could have been a really stressful experience into a calm and reassuring one. "So rude and disgraceful the staff in there are totally incompetent and cannot seem to grasp the fact that miscommunication happens from both parties, then put all the blame on the customer, “Doctor Jess” is so arrogant and condescending in her approach with people. Not to mention the invasion of privacy when I was told “the other nurses heard as you were on speaker” without telling the customer the “junior receptionist” was getting confused and needed help. Thank god I am no longer taking my dog to this vet, I would rather drive 30 minutes than go to this vet in my neighbourhood."
