"Have been going to Iris & Ivy for about 6 years now. I always feel welcomed & more importantly valued as a customer, but to be honest it feels like your catching up with friends. I usually get foils, cut & blow dry & always walk out totally satisfied, often getting compliments on my hair from others. I’ve had appointments with Kath, Jade & Tania & know whoever is doing my hair will always be attentive, even though they may be busy & I will walk out feeling fabulous!"

"I don't normally leave reviews and I know that the women who work there are nice but I had a horrible experience at this place. I was the last client of theirs for the day but made sure there was enough time to do everything, but the woman who was doing my hair was "in a rush" cause she had plans after they closed. she was rushing through the entire appointment, which would be fine but I have an extremely sensitive head. the entire time she was brushing my hair, she would pull so hard, I would lift up in my chair. it was incredibly painful to the point I almost cried multiple times. I debated just walking out but she was already done with the colour. The way she styled my hair was terrible for my face shape and not something I asked for and when she told me the price of the appointment I couldn't believe it was that high for the quality of service I received (over $400). The only positive was that the colour was in fact amazing but it kept bleeding onto everything, I called to see if this could be fixed and they couldn't help me at all. Had to go to another hair dresser who was able to help with a simple gloss. long story short, I will never be going back."

The result was amazing! Whole team is respectful, talented, and capable. Full respect for Iris & Ivy staff, and other friendly clientele. Luckily, the team fit me in as I was a walk-in, who stopped by on a whim. Then I met Kath, whom I immediately felt was warm, knowledgeable and professional, with her expert suggestions and skill.
