"I love this salon with the lovely ladies. Nothing is too much trouble. I always love my colour, and if I don't, Bree changes it without drama! (especially helpful with my hair that throws so much red/brassiness!) Bree is informative, friendly and extremely competent. I love the fact that they're happy to rectify any of my colour experiments with ease and laughter. A satisfied client here."

"Awful!! The stylists do not mention you are being booked in with an unqualified hairdressers!!! They even allow their first time clients to be done by untrained staff after telling them it’s a senior stylist, then after speaking to the stylist I found out they have started training 5months ago and have never done this before, I asked for a full head of foils and walked out with barely any foils showing and my hair had green tones through it. I just cried, they were awful! This business did not offer me a discount they did not offer to fix it. They made me pay the full price. The hair dresser that messed up asked me what I thought and I broke down crying, they left right away and went out back and got their work mate to handle it who was also training and did not face me until I left the store. This business is highly unprofessional with untrained hairdressers. Over priced and they do not disclose of you being booked in with someone who has never done foils. Disgusting, I will never return to this hairdressers, unprofessional, awful work. You have just lied in your reply multiple times. Your hairdressers told me the amount of time they were in your salon as they had wanted a career change and started 5months ago on the day of my appointment. It was not a minimum of 1 year as you had another person who was new and did not tell me the stylist you had me booked in with was in training that’s a huge lie. I was told nothing, I would NEVER allow a new stylist to do my blonde foils I’ve been getting since 18yrs old , i was told I didn’t have a senior stylist half way through. I do not appreciate liars, you did not offer to fix anything or discount anything for green toned hair."

"I really like this salon, but my visit last Saturday was disappointing. I was scheduled for a fringe trim. Tilly was my stylist. She cut my fringe too short, and she didn’t do a nice job of making it look soft. I wasn’t angry, but I did comment that I didn’t like it. I was brushing my fingers through my hair and trying to decide if I wanted any last touch ups when she walked away. She said she would meet me at the front. No polite apology or effort to work with me. Her comment was that it will look better in a week. I think it will take a bit longer than that. Sigh."

"Bree has been cutting my hair for 10 years. I am very 'particular' about who cuts it and in this instance I traveled many hours so I could see Bree. She is an extremely talented hair stylist. Could not recommend her more highly."
