"Worst beauty salon experience of my life. Please save your money and time. I got a brow wax and the worst lash lift imaginable. Let me just start by saying this was a last minute booking as I was going away and couldn't get in at my regular salon. The brow wax was good, no complaints. The last lift though! Holy smokes. Absolute dogs breakfast. The technician completely over done it on both sides but especially my right eye. Realizing her epic fail, she went and got help from one of her colleagues and together they tried to amend the overdone lash lift. She temporarily taped them down and they seemed to be sitting OK. However, by the time I got home, they were razor straight up to the sky again and I realized what a terrible mistake I had made by exchanging real life money for this poor service. This was not my first lash lift, all my other experiences at other salons have been perfect - this was a disgrace and I exchanged $150 for the pleasure. I'm writing this review now because it has been two weeks and I were hoping my eyelashes would drop a little or do anything to make the experience more redeemable but sadly not, my eyelashes are still completely ruined - please learn from my mistakes and save your time and money. Update: Kerri reached out to me and I went back to give her the opportunity to fix my lashes. I appreciate that she took her time trying but she ended up burning both of my eyelids in the process - which both scabbed up! Eyelids are very delicate parts of our faces so this was not a pleasant experience. She did return my eyelashes to a semi-normal look though. Needless to say, I won't be returning."

"The brow work is next level here. Jas is a legend and works wonders with my brows. She’s able to match latest brow trends with what suits me and has always been honest about what is achievable. I always feel a million times better after leaving. All the staff here are super easygoing but very professional and happy to have a chat and a laugh. The salon is gorgeous and immaculately clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend Eyelure more highly if you’re looking for sublime quality results."
