"Staff were very helpful, especially Eiden Vanniasinghe. He helped me find the ultra large aubergines i was looking for and was very friendly."
"It was good until I bought a blueberry muffin from here. When I was half way done with the muffin, I bit into it and a chunk of plastic was in it. It kinda looked like the plastic/clay you put on the ends of your braces so it doesn't dig into your gums. The only difference being was that it was hard. I'm assuming it might of fell into the batter and they just baked it instead of throwing away the contaminated product. Very disgusting."
"Clean, convenient Woolworths. Has a great selection, including a sushi bar that provides high quality food. There is a newsagency, a pharmacy and a doctor's clinic nearby that you can go to before you finish your trip."
"I’m not sure what’s happened to your deli but tonight we bought a roast chook, pasta salad, coleslaw and potato and egg salad all of which were our favourites in the past. All 3 salads were terrible to the point of being inedible - thought you’d want to know so you can fix"
"Today I went with my old and heavily disabled friend to the Pharmacy and Woolworths. As the disabled parking spot was occupied, I parked on the next closest parking spot, which was a direct-to-boot parking spot. My friend went to the Pharmacy and as he forgot his prescriptions in my car, I went back and got them. In front of my car a Woolworths employee was already shouting at me to move my car. I tried to explain that I have a disabled person in my car which isn't even able to walk properly, he ignored what I said and just kept on shouting at me. I stopped talking, turned around a went back to my friend. Afterwards I parked my car somewhere else and my disabled friend had to walk a far distance. That's what I call customer service and caring about old and disabled people. A lot of appreciation. Thank you very much."
