It is important to note that starting from Monday 24th July, 2023, there will be a $2 increase in the consultation fee for both face-to-face and telehealth visits on weekdays. This increase will also apply to consultations that occur after 8pm. However, the out-of-pocket cost will remain the same.

Additionally, on Saturdays, there will be an additional $10 fee for all consultations, including after-hours appointments from 1pm onwards. We understand the importance of immunizations, especially during flu season. Therefore, we encourage you to book an appointment to secure your influenza immunization. Eligibility for free influenza vaccines is determined by special risk groups and the National Immunisation Program (NIP). Infants and children from six months to under five years of age are eligible for free vaccination.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we also offer COVID-19 vaccination boosters to help protect you during the winter season. Eligibility for the winter dose includes individuals who are 65 years and over, residents of aged care or disability care facilities, individuals 16 years and older with severe immunocompromise, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander persons aged 50 years and older.

We understand the challenges faced by our patients during these difficult times. Our clinic has adapted to provide support and care to our patient community. Telehealth medicine, which was initially introduced as a temporary service during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been an essential part of our practice. We were happy to bulk-bill during the lockdowns to support our patients financially and accommodate their work commitments. As telehealth becomes a permanent service, please note that billing arrangements may change.
