"I was up all night with my puppy, Maggie (aka chicken nugget) who would not stop vomiting. Called them at 8am and they told me to just come straight in. Saw doctor Emily, cannot recommend highly enough. She was brilliant with Maggie, Maggie slept through the day and is back to her old self. Thankyou so much."
"Unfortunately,, we're not happy with Monty and Minx. We used to take our pets to Compton Rd Vets (the previous owners) Ian was wonderful and provided excellent personalised service every time. We cant say the same for Monty and Minx, we've had bad experiences with them both times so we have found a new vet in our area who provides the excellent service that our fur babies deserve. And by the way they're cheaper, shop around people...don't settle"
"The amazing team at Monty and Minx on Compton Road were nothing short of exceptional. I had originally never visited their clinic when I rushed my 4 yr old dog Mikado to their door step close to closing time when he was in a critical state. Dr Ash saw us immediately and even stayed after hours to care for my baby as much as possible. She then referred us to emergency to ensure a quick and easy check in, and continued to look after him the following day. We continued to do 2 weekly blood tests with the lovely Dr Ash for months and Mikado felt so safe and loved during every single one of his visits. The team have gone above and beyond for my baby right until the end and I cannot thank them enough for not only making my baby comfortable during every single visit but also in his final hours, but for also making sure I was okay as well during such a trying time. I will never go to another vet for pet care, they are exceptional and the team are so loving. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all so much. ❤️"
"Warning!! Dr Ian was awesome, he has since retired and new Vet's have taken over his business. I say Vet when perhaps I should say "salespeople"... tried talking me into $1000's for procedures Dr Ian didn't have too because he was so good. Unfortunately I'll think twice before returning now. Disappointing as this place was once the best around."
"I took my fur girl who is 13 for second opinion. I absolutely loved the service. The environment is about the well-being of you pet rather than money making spree. Very transparent and they go an extra mile to check how she did after surgery even before the follow-up check up. I loved the staff and the care Polly received. Thanks so much"
