"The young lady cut my dogs nails and did a fantastic job and there was no waiting."
"Purchased a new gorgeous puppy from Petaholic (directly across from this vet practice) in which both your clinic and the store collaborate and vet testing is done by your vet. The puppy I purchased immediately presented with blood in her stool. When we brought her in for examination the vet was unconcerned and stated "it should be fine" "monitor it" we took this advice and monitored it for a full week until we took her back with concerns as it had not gotten any better. We were presented medication without any testing being done and advised that "this should help". Again having faith in a veterinary professional we took the advice and administered the medication as requested. Not only did the situation not improve but actually got worse. Fed up with the inadequacy of the practice we took our puppy to a different vet who immediately took samples and advised that while at the pet store or through the breeder, our puppy had contracted coccidia and that the medication she was put on was not only incorrect but archaic and was actually making the situation worse. We were finally provided with adequate care from a different practice, however in 2 weeks this has cost us over $400 in vet bills for a $2.5k dog that should have been completely healthy. It is disgusting that the proper care was not taken during the puppies time in store and after when we presented with our major concerns. I truely believe some form of compensation should be given for the money spent on inadequate care at this practice. In response to your response. It is a complete lie that you requested samples. We asked for you to test her samples and you refused twice saying it was not necessary. The fact that you are lying to try and cover yourselves is disgusting. But knowing now that both companies are run by the same people and that you have had RSPCA complaints against both your companies speaks wonders to your lies. Luckily my puppy is now health thanks to adequate care from a proper vet. And a complaint against you is being investigated by the veterinary board. Don't lie again and maybe try to provide adequate care next time."
"After recently moving a few suburbs over, was on the hunt for a closer vet, after reading a few reviews I decided to book in an appointment here to get my Chihuahua's teeth checked out. The initial check up and subsequent treatment I couldn't fault. The vet gave me as much time as I needed to ask questions, gave me a fairly accurate quote and didn't try to pressure, upsell or bluff. Both the vet and the various nurses were friendly, professional and showed care for our pet. Cannot fault this vet at all, will be back for any other treatment/check ups for our two dogs if/when required."
"Amazing staff and vet. Their priory is putting the care of our pets first. Super helpful and very good at what they do. The vet did so well on looking after my fur baby, and didn’t stop until he found answers. I am grateful for what they did for my fur baby. I totally recommend, amazing vet to go to."
"My family, including my canines were affected by the recent floods. We live in Rocklea. We evacuated ourselves to friends in Warner. Pulse Vets has been helpful, diligent and above and beyond in helping my canine fur babies have a temporary home while waiting for our actual home to come out from unde the water. If there has been a concern or a notnsure, we have been called and asked what our babies may be doing. As long as we have rang ahead of time, we are welcome to come visit, to reassure to our canine they are thought about and loved. Thank you to the staff of Pulse Vets for helping keep my canine babies safe while we wait out the resending water."
