"Dr. Chan was the paediatrician on the team assembled by my obstetrician for my caesarian, and I'm really glad. We had some issues post birth and Dr Chan was on top of it even going so far as following up with us after hours. He comes across professionally friendly, and very respectful towards everyone. Takes you seriously even when you feel like you're asking a possibly stupid question (that you'd still ask anyway for your child's sake). He explains things very well and never in a condescending manner. We always feel reassured after seeing him, so would definitely recommend him, and keep seeing him for our child's health for as long as we can. He shares an office suite with 2 other doctors in Epworth Freemasons Victoria Parade hospital, so note that the L shaped reception bench is shared, and his reception staff is in the middle section."
