"I recently put my 8 month old kitten into 10 days boarding here, He was extremely stressed having never been away from me from 7 weeks old, I was stressed as well leaving him in that state as I had no way of contact other than email or messenger. The next day Toni emailed me with photos she had taken herself assuring me that my Astro was slowly settling and was doing well and she was spending extra time with him, I was finally able to start to relax myself. They posted regular photos of all their boarders with cute headlines about the photos on FB each day, I continued to receive updates from Toni with a picture of her giving him creamy treats that he loved. The staff and the facility are nothing short of five stars, very modern and kept very clean, the food for the kitties are of good quality along with the bedding toys, litter and everything else they provide. My boy goes back in 3 weeks for an unplanned 6 night stay, I’m not looking forward to leaving him again and hopefully he won’t be as stressed next time but I know they do everything possible to make the transition as calming and easy for our fur babies and he will be so very well cared for….. "I cannot recommend Sharon and her team highly enough! They recently cared for my beautiful elder cat Neko and provided him with the highest level of genuine care and love! The decision to leave my beautiful furbaby in care for an extended period of time was not taken lightly and was certainly anxiety provoking! Sharon and the lovely staff at Cats Meow understood this totally and provided wonderfully reassuring support throughout the process! The staff provided the care required as per Neko’s personal care plan due to his particular health needs and quirkiness (or rather mine as a cat person)! The accomodation provided is a very high standard and the suites are huge compared to other facilities! Add to this that the location is stunningly beautiful at the foot of the local mountains! My baby is home now and appears as content as when I left him in Sharon and her teams care! Thank you to all the wonderful and genuine cat people at Cats Meow! Ill be rebooking again very soon! Xx"

"I had an emergency and had to fly to Perth for my mother who was ill in a hurry in May 2022. My elderly cat Rosie loved it at Cat's Meow Cattery. I got daily photos of her sunning herself in the outside part of her room, beautiful photos that I've kept, and she was relaxed and happy. The property is gorgeous in a very rural setting and peaceful. I thoroughly recommend this cattery and will definitely use them again. Thank you for looking after my darling Rosie."

"Booked my boy in for the first time over the Easter break. Upon arrival, I could immediately tell this was the place for him to stay. The friendly staff and overall atmosphere felt really great. Seeing all the cats in the reception area, they were very content and relaxed which was a great sign that my boy was going to be looked after. After my cats stay, he was super relaxed which was surprising as he can be a bit grumpy when he gets back home but not this time, he was 100% himself and I could tell he’d enjoyed his stay. I would highly recommend this place, I immediately booked him again for my next trip and have no reservations about leaving him there."
