"Vets are knowledgeable and generally do a good job. However they lack the ability to provide different options, depending on the circumstances of the pet and owner. They default to the approach they prefer (i.e. regular visits, procedures etc), with two working parents, it's not easy to get in there every second week and with cost of living nowadays, paying $200 - $300 each time. They need to offer 2 or 3 plan options to the owner, here they only have one option - the deluxe option. And seem confused when a different plan option is requested."
"Been going to this vet for the past 36 years. Always been happy with the quality of care and the compassion when we have needed it. I highly recommend them."
"My dog has itchy ears and we took her to this clinic. The vet said she has ear infection (after the vet has done the ear test for my dog). The vet put some ear gel for her and asked us to come back 3 weeks later. The vet also suggested to do a blood test for her because she has losing weight a lot. We got told the blood test costs $200. But two minutes after the vet had done the blood test, she said the cost should be $240, not $200. I wasn't happy about she gave me the wrong information after she had done everything. Feel like I have no choices to say NO to not doing it because the blood test has been done. Three weeks after my dog had the ear gel. We went back and do the ear check. I talked to the vet (different lady) my dog still has ear infection. She asked to do the ear test AGAIN and see has she has infection. We had the same test done 3 weeks ago and I can't understand why she still wanted to do the same thing again. It was so obviously her ear still has infection. We can tell when we look at her ears. I feel like it wasted my time and money to go there."
