"Very friendly staff with generally good work (for my cat). It was very easy dropping off my cat, and they asked a series of questions to help make sure that my cat would be comfortable as possible when she was being groomed. I paid for the bath and the hygiene clip. I think the wash did a good job as she smells wonderful. However, she still came back fairly damp on her underside and tail and very slightly damp on her back as I could tell she wasn't as fluffy as usual. I'd rather have her fully dried, but after a couple hours she mostly returned to her normal fluffiness. No issues with the quality of the hygiene clip."
