"Waited for more than 45 minutes and I had an 10am appointment! Saw the doctor Rodney Teperman just walking around texting, taking personal calls on loud speaker and doing very little. Absolutely avoid if possible! Very unprofessional doctor and place in general!"

"Found the receptionist to be so friendly,professional and beautifuly spoken. I had a echo there last Wednesday and felt quite nervous about it.The receptionist there was so sweet and understanding about needing my partner with me throughout the test."

"A horrible and total disrespectful experience. I went in person to follow up an appointment made via Michele. I presented the letter of referral from my GP who works at Cove Medical downstairs. The young receptionist seemed to be allergic to smile and she went through the notes. An appointment was made for Te 27/9 am. Yesterday Tuesday 20/9 a man phoned me by the name of Dylan asking me if I could come on Wed 21/9 pm instead. I agreed and went over in time only to be told by the unfriendly receptionist that the person who is supposed to do the electrocardiogram that I need as per my GP referral was not available! Imagine my disappointment to say the least. I changed other appointments to accommodate the change in dates as I was requested. A total waste of time and lack of respect and/or care to patients. One thing for sure: I am not going to this place again and , hope I have no problems in getting a proper appointment near where I live. Do not be in any "business" if you have no ethics! AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS."

"Horrible service, I left in tears. Old, female doctor was rough, disrespectful, raising her voice and pushing me around, I regret I didn’t leave when I had the chance. Zero privacy, she commanded I take off all of my top clothes, without providing robe or anything, then mid application of the equipment, someone opened the door to the room, leaving me completely exposed. This felt violating and left me with skyrocketing anxiety. I went there to have heart echo done, I was given ripped robe that was stuck with masking tape together, during the test she wiped equipment with the robe and then asked me to clean myself with that, when I said I’ll just use paper towel she tried fighting me on it and got visibly frustrated(why I don’t really understand, it was normal paper towel I’ve used). I also said I’ve a mild allergy to some types of glue but she didn’t care(I informed her of that and she said I’ll be fine), now I’ve developed a rash and dry eczema patches everywhere where the glue was stuck to my skin. Male doctor present there didn’t say anything to help the situation, if he didn’t notice I was uncomfortable he might need to rethink his calling of helping people to. Considering it was heart test, nobody asked me how I’m feeling, I had heart pain but all I got was “you are fine”. So disappointing to have doctors like this and such lack of care in XXI century in Australia."
