"Knowing how good World For Pets used to be, the store where you can find anything and everything. It was a one-stop pet superstore. It is disheartening to see the Underwood store today. Most of their products have no price tags and the staff have no clue. Back in the day, I know staff are told to ask customers if they needed help and all customers were greeted on entry. Today the store has hardly any products and hardly any customers. Yet, their staffs were too busy doing (?????) to give even the basic service. They had the opportunity to upsell me the whole store. As I was in a spending mood. Not only did I have to hunt for a staff member for a price, they did not follow up with any further assistance. The store looked sad and I could have been able to find more at a local corner store. When the store was under Glenn's management World For Pets was the best pet store in Logan. Now it has become a total waste of time and effort to shop there."

"I would like to thank Sophie and another wonderful lady who assisted with the adoption of Ruby, from this store, two weeks ago. Ruby a 10 year old female, has settled in nicely and is a real snuggle-bug and will be with me for the term of her natural life. The care and compassion given towards the cats and kittens that were for adoption is self-evident. Sophie and the other lady kindly assisted with carrying the bags of Litter, Food and Ruby to my vehicle in the parking bays. If you are genuine when it comes to adopting a furry feline friend, World for Pets Underwood is the place to go to."

"So so sad. We tried to go in and see a cat for adoption, but us as well as the couple who had been waiting a while before us could not find staff assistance. When we tried to get a better look at the kitties locked in cages, a blonde staff named Jo finally stormed toward us and started yelling at us, screaming rudely “can’t you guys read a sign, if there’s no staff you can’t be here”. We apologized for any misunderstanding and asked if adoptions were available, but she spat out that they were closed (even though it was not yet closing time) and unceremoniously threw us out of the shop. She was so so rude, was not helpful in the slightest, and worst of all was yelling at us and the pets with no reserve or fear of scaring the baby kittens. The poor animals that are in there, how can they find homes when the woman “looking after” them is so vicious."
