"Two (2) concerns for my personal perspective. The procedure, a partial tooth extraction and a subsequent crown was unbelievably EXPENSIVE (over $2100). I also found the appointment structure 'unfriendly'. Appoints are made in set time windows e.g. 30 minute duration and consequently they do run to time but if there are any unexpected items then they either rush or you book again for the unexpected item and pay again. A financially successful business model for them but I just can't imagine my doctor ever treating a patient in that manner."

"I’ve been seeing Dr Kate Butler-Howell for the last 6 months; been twice - once at the beginning of the year as I’d moved to Wynnum from the north side and then had my second annual check up recently and both times she’s been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Kate - she’s so efficient and professional. I have bad toothbrush abrasion and sensitive teeth. Dr Kate was able to work efficiently and was empathetic to any pain I experienced, working in such a considerate and gentle way that it was minimal compared to other dentists Ive been to in the past. She is also quick which I love as I hate being in the chair for longer than necessary. She gives me great tips on how I should be cleaning my teeth and gives me lots of feedback on where I can improve my oral/dental hygiene. I’m a big fan of Dr Kate and highly highly recommend her services."
