"I was referred to Windsor from Newstead for grooming. Not only is the groom terrible (although explained exactly the same as I would at Newstead) my dog is shaking and hiding under the bed. When I called to find out what happened I was brushed off without any explanation or apology. I never complain publicly but I’ve been asked about the grooming here and based on conversations at Newstead was told it was the same quality. It isn’t. I won’t be returning."
