After having a painful and infected wisdom tooth, I was calling all around Brisbane to find someone who would see me & take it out ASAP. Dr Amit pushed back his own personal schedule to see me the same day I called and treated the intense pain/ infection. "I went to Hashtag Dentist for this first time after waking up one morning with excruciating tooth pain. I saw Dr Sonia, and she was amazing. She provided me with a clear treatment plan to solve my problem. Most importantly, she made a decision on which treatment was best for me as her customer, and not which treatment was most profitable for her business. She could have easily told me that I had to get a very expensive root canal, and being in so much pain I would have had no other option but to go ahead. Instead, she diagnosed the problem, explained to me the options, and presented a treatment plan that was a much smaller procedure. She fixed my problem immediately and displayed images and reports to show my tooth condition before and after her work, so that as the customer I clearly understood what was done. 10/10 recommended - great work, fair price, and a very trustworthy health professional."
