"I approached Pure Dentist (PD) to see child dentist for my 4 yr old son teeth (cavities, filling, remove, crows etc) issues. It is mainly because the delay with public dental service and non-eligibility for Medicare dental benefit. Child dentist at PD is no doubt the best I have seen in terms of making the environment calm and welcoming for the kids and doing the job. When the PD advised on further treatment and early release super funds option for (costly) dental treatment it was very smooth managing this. However I was not 100% satisfied with the way the dental procedure treatment arrangement done. Mainly because it involve 3 parties - doctor, day-hospital, anaesthetist; to come and work together for the dental treatment. The communication with client about the dental procedure is not easy and confusing. I believe the coordination and communication management of this dental procedure assisting the client is required an improvement from the PD reception side."
