"I can't recommend Paddington Pups enough. After calling them several times with many questions- where every phone call was taken with patience and kindness- I brought my pup in the day before I needed to board him. As their policy was for dogs to have at least a half day prior to boarding they were very friendly and assured me if he showed good behaviour we were good to go, despite my late notice. I picked my dog up to an adoring group of workers who clearly genuinely love their line of work. My pup was relaxed, exhausted, and happy to take treats and pats from staff, who he was clearly comfortable with. They were able to detail everything regarding the boarding process to me, which was reassuring. They even have CCTV! As I was speaking to a staff member and going over my dog's stay, he went to her several times to lean on her legs for pats. I am absolutely confident he was treated with love and care, and I feel he is as safe as he can be at Paddington Pups. We will be returning for daycare visits- which they send home a report and picture for the first time!!- and I am relieved to have found somewhere I can truly commend. I suggest checking out their Instagram if you're on the fence. Their content showcases their complete love of the animals in their care. I am a 35-40 minute drive (without traffic) to Paddington and it's 100% worth it for how excited it makes my pup. These guys are great. Highly recommend."
