"* A SHOUT OUT TO SUE * I went in asking about cat diets and cat behavioural issues and was served by Sue, she was very honest, had a world of useful advice and is a nutritionist so she knows what's best for your animal when it comes to theirhealth. She suggested home made recipes for the cat and dog. She was even clocked off and still working. Thankyou for all your help today."

"Nice shop. But every time we go in, the young girl is always talking on her mobile phone and doesn't stop talking when serving you at the counter. The other thing is the older lady and the same young lady are always fighting even in front of customers, this is not pleasant. So I will continue to go to Petbarn in Maroochydore as you get help ( minus phone) and you don't have to feel uncomfortable because the staff are arguing in front of you and don't stop even when serving you. My family are always at a pet shop and we have all experienced this at the different times we have gone. They too are returning to Petbarn for the service. As I said nice shop but terrible atmosphere."
"Last time we went all of the crickets on the shelf were dead . The two workers were just chatting to themselves ..no "Hi how are you" , "Can I help you with anything" Nothing .... I think the only words I got was "do you want a reciept". The store itself has a great chance of doing well if they improve stock quality and staff manners."
