"Wait time is soooooo long for a 3mins consult. The app is horrible to use. No information of how long the wait could be. Can't understand why such a big facility have so few doctors on duty. Reception is unhelpful at best. Once I checked in, while waiting, a message popped up and said my consultation has ended. Only thing I can do is check in again and wait another 3 hrs for my turn. I know the health system is under pressure but this is disgraceful."
"This service is great but badly run its bulk billed and walk in but this unfortunately attracts many patients that do not need to be there with minor viruses. Huge wait times and the mature blonde receptionist is appalling. Every time I visit she is rude, sarcastic and abusive. I don't go that often and on my recent trip for biopsy results I arrived to find they had gotten the app where you book in. I didnt know about the app and the blonde asks me am I either stupid or ignorant for ignoring the communication about the app? I was already anxious about maybe getting a cancer diagnosis and this just kicked me whilst I was down. I'm a nurse practitioner and used to run a walk in centre just like this and i would never expect to be spoken to like this by another human being let alone a colleague from my profession in my time of need. She needs to go. Her attitude was not reserved for me she was equally as rude to everyone and i hope the practice manager is reading these reviews online most of which are complaining about her. The actual doctors are fab and took good care of me."
"FILTHY DIRTY HEALTH HAZARD!!! They should be ashamed of how unclean their medical centre is. Dry blood on the ground at back entrance has been there for months. The female toilets are disgusting, pink liquid soap that has leaked in a big pile on the floor that doesn't get cleaned up, weeks later and it's still there. The whole place looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. Some of the Doctor are not filling out there referrals properly and leaving vital information out and so referral are being rejected until the correct information is supplied. I have had this happen to me a couple of times now. Gotten to appointment only to be turned away because Doctors haven't explained what they are testing for or other important info is missing. The 3 hour wait times to see a Doctor are insane. It's quicker to see someone at the Hospital. The senior reception staff are nice to your face but rude when you ring up, that's if you can get through, i have had to wait 2 hours to talk to a receptionist only to be spoken to in a very rude and condescending manor. However, there are also some excellent Doctors and reception staff that work there. It's just ashame how the Medical Centre and reception is being run, is letting them and the public down. It could be a good medical centre if they cleaned there act up and managed it properly."
"Absolutely shocking system and staff. Average wait is 3-4 hrs yet only 3 mins Dr consultations because the doctors constantly say they cannot assist unless it's one matter at a time and refer you away. I waited in line for over 3 hours. I was not in the centre when my name was called but got a text saying I'm next in the queue. I arrived at the centre only for the receptionist to turn me away saying "you agreed to be at the centre at the time you were called. I called you a few times. The only thing I can do is put you at the bottom of the queue to wait again for your turn." I do not understand why have an app if it doesn't show you a useful information such as what number you are in the line ?! Another time I waited in line for 3 hours only for the doctor to tell me he cannot assist as he is new at the facility and I should see a regular GP or come back at another day. He then continued to waste my time by telling me his health issues and how similar they are to mine! Absolutely shameful! This practice has no idea how to run a business and be a forefront of customer service. If you can't meet demand, get the supply and put more doctors on and meet that demand."
"I’ve been here a few times now. I come in with expectations in understanding that they are bulk billing and services are limited at times. I do not expect the best service from them ever. I’m saying this, they are awesome for when I need a quick prescription update or have a minor medical issue or concern. The doctors I have personally visited, Dr Helen and Dr Ryan have both been very quick with their delivery but still answer all my questions in a manner that I can understand. Wait time: always be prepared to wait to see a doctor. I have been lucky once to see a doctor after 30 minutes. But ever since, my average waiting time is anywhere between 1-3 hours. (Bring a book maybe or have your device charged to read news or watch shows. whatever helps pass this time). Also be aware that sometimes they get so busy that they can’t accept anymore patients for the day."
