"I was meant to take my car in for a service today thinking I would give them another go after a few things not be done properly previously. Firstly the last service the had not done my high/low beams properly after calling them they returned my call which i missed i then returned the call and left another message and did not get a response. 2. They booked in my car service not me and then sent me a message and when I questioned this they said they put in the client, mmmm. 3. I tried to send a message this morning at 6.45am and 3 times after this and always came across as message failed. Then I called them and could not leave a message as the message said they don't open until 7.30am. How am I supposed to leave a message when all avenues are closed. I thought that is why a message service is for. I will not be coming back and will not recommend as their service is no longer what it used to be"
"Big shot out to salesman Paul. My son (19) was looking for a new car and had been to other local dealers who I think didn't think he was a serious buyer with the money to spend. Paul was very helpful, no question to hard to answer, not a pushy salesperson just straight talking, honest and caring. The end result is that my son has purchased a new car from Paul who tracked down with the help of his team the exact car he wanted from another location and saved him a six month wait. If you are looking for a car and you like to be looked after with great customer service I highly recommend Keema Springwood and in particular salesperson Paul. "I've got a brand new car. Which just broke down. They have ordered a part to get it fixed. Its already been 5 days as they have ordered the part. So, customer service said me as soon as we find out the fault we'll arrange a car for you. Because, I am really struggling for the car. But these guys are just playing around I wait for their call backs for whole days and then next day I am the one who is calling back."
"Would not trust this department to book in and service my lawn mower. I booked in my car for a scheduled service 2 weeks in advance as this was the soonest it could be seen. At that time I could not predict I would be needed at work. I tried to call twice before the date it was booked to change but no one was at the desk to assist me. I tried calling after the service date and again no one took my call to help haven't even received an email/call to offer me another date. This is the second time the department has stuffed me around, they wouldn't even look at my car after a electrical issue where the mirrors wouldn't open making it unsafe to drive. Was offered a time in 2 weeks but until then was expected to drive my car with no mirrors or organise an alternate means of transport, and they were also going to charge me to look at it. Needed to sort it out by myself with no help from the service team. The service department have zero respect for their customers and absolutely no desire to assist anyone. If you want to have your car serviced by Hyundai choose another dealership."
"NEVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT HYUNDAI SPRINGWOOD! My mother picked up her Hyundai Veloster two weeks ago after a service and realised the following day that during the service, the staff at HYUNDAI SPRINGWOOD have done significant damage to her rims and have refused to take responsibility/pay for the damage. This was the outcome after my mum waited patiently for 2 weeks for this result. Hyundai service claims that they take pictures of your car prior to a service, Hyundai have failed to send my Mum the photos or any proof of what her car and rims looked like before the service! I also own a Hyundai N i30 and will never service my Hyundai at any Hyundai service centre after seeing the experience my Mum has had. Update: Months after the incident and Hyundai have never taken accountability for the damage they caused and did not fix my Mum’s rims. The owners have responded to positive reviews on Google but have not responded to my review a year later because they know that they damaged my mother’s rims and do not have the basic human decency to take accountability and pay for the damage they have caused. My review has over 4000 views now, Keema Hyundai. I hope everyone who saw this review serviced their car anywhere else but here."
