"I find it very hard to believe any of these reviews. My experience was dreadful and a complete waste of time. I’m driven to write this review because l have obtained my medical records from my GP and Secure Minds have repeatedly sent letters requesting several appointments. Firstly the Clinical Psychologist that l had did not know how to treat my condition. He overcompensated by telling me to be ‘kind to myself’ and repeated all kinds of drivel. There was no treatment offered or management of my condition and CBT-I was never raised. Lastly he was oblivious to my medication and granted, a psychologist is not a medical doctor but therein lies the problem. Please be aware of the limitations of this type of service. It is both underwhelming and overpriced and in my case, extremely ineffective."
