In my practice, I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including TF CBT, CFT, polyvagal theory, somatic awareness, solutions-focused therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Strengths-based counseling. However, it is important to note that my approach is always client-centered and client-led, ensuring that your unique needs and goals are at the forefront of our work together.

Counseling sessions at Serene Space are priced at $180 for a 50-minute session. Clients with a mental health plan can claim the Medicare rebate, receiving a $79.05 Medicare benefit and an out-of-pocket expense of $100.95. If you have private health insurance, you may also be able to make a claim through your provider. Please note that payment is required on the day of service.
