"Absolute waste of time going here! I had the misfortune of seeing a practitioner (with my ex) who would not allow me to actually speak or state my opinion (considering my child was & still is in my care 100%). I went in seeking a resolution and left more frustrated with both my ex & the practitioner. A parenting plan was put together based on all my ex’s needs, not that he adhered to that either. I’m totally disappointed at the quality of counselling offered at this service & the cost of it. Would have given no stars if I could."
"Discrimination at its finest! I brought my 4 year old to my first appointment, only to be told I could not bring children along! Firstly, this was never mentioned to me when I booked the appointment, and secondly, I am a single mother with no father in the picture, and no-one to help me - I have every right to bring my child to an appointment, especially as it was about my children! I bought his iPad and food to keep him entertained, but I was told I could not proceed with the appointment. Absolute discrimination against single mothers, and completely humiliating to be treated in such a way. In this day and age, there is no room for this sort of discrimination. Shame on you."
