As a queer child of immigrants, our founder's own experiences of marginalization and intersectionality have shaped her understanding of how culture, race, colonisation, gender, and sexuality influence one's identity and experiences in the world. This lived experience, combined with evidence-based psychological interventions, ensures that the therapy you receive is tailored specifically to your needs and leads to long-lasting change.

Our services include therapy for adults and adolescents (12 and above), offered both online and in-person. Additionally, we provide assessment and diagnosis of various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, BPD, and ADHD.

At Insession Counselling, we also offer a reflective and non-judgmental space for clinicians to explore complex client presentations and receive support in delivering culturally responsive approaches.
