As a boutique psychology practice based in Melbourne, Cathartic Consulting is proud to have two Principal Practitioners and a team of dedicated subcontractors. All our staff are registered Psychologists with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and our Principal Practitioners have more than ten years of experience in the field. Additionally, our team holds Doctorate of Psychology or Masters of Psychology Degrees and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work. Many of our team members have experience in group facilitation and teaching at esteemed institutions such as Deakin University and Bond University.

Our team's experience spans across the lifespan, working with both victims and offenders, including those with intellectual disabilities. We have a strong background in providing offence-specific interventions, such as violence, sexual, and alcohol and other drug-related interventions, both within custodial settings and in the community. Our expertise also extends to conducting risk assessments, writing assessment and treatment reports, as well as psycho-legal reports for civil and criminal cases. We are skilled in program development, training delivery, and providing individual and group supervision to ensure the highest standard of care.
