"Very brisk, rude attitude from the employee today 14/11 at 10 AM. No hello, no good morning, just "which pump?" When a deal didn't show on the screen correctly, I asked, she argued it was right, instead of "yes the screen isn't always correct sir, you will see on the reciept that it is correct. I am sorry for the confusion." Very rude and inappropriate. Takes my payment, prints the receipt, I start to look for the necessary information and instead of "its all there sir, can you please step aside so I can serve the next customer. Have a good day and thank you for your patronage," it was just "there's your reciept, buh bye." Customer service matters. Do better."
"I've been buying fuel here for 8 years without checking the price as I thought it wasn't necessary - never again. For the past few months the price here has been up to 40c per litre above the cheapest. From now on I will be checking the price on one of several sites. Sorry to say this because the staff there have always been cheerful, friendly and efficient."
