"22/7/22 Hoping to get a call soon about fixing my brakes that weren't fixed the first time....... 7/8/22 still no call even though I have left 2 messages........ 10/8/22 left another message, been told I'll get a call. 3rd time lucky? My phone is never off. I even tested it to see what happens if I receive a call and it is actually off. "The mobile is unavailable at this time PLEASE LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE". Good customer service is not about making up excuses to hide incompetence, it's about taking responsibility for your mistakes and resolving the situation."
"Great new location with plenty of parking and easy access. The customer lounge is spacious and well kitted out with a coffee machine, tables, lounges and even wifi & desks close to power points if you need to get some office work done while you wait. Many thanks to Zander who looked after my service and kept me informed on timing. Cheers."
"Never fix it here. The incompetent employee is thinking about selling the car and offers a ridiculous estimate. I made a reservation at 9:30 in the morning, but I have to wait for 6 hours and don't contact me. I went to complain in person, and then He checked for 10 minutes and offered a ridiculous estimate and advertised to buy a new car. If you really want to repair your car, don't go. Never."
"Not even worth the 1 star. Shocking communication and service. Took 5 days for my car to be diagnosed with a flat battery which we already knew, as it was sent on a tow truck after not starting. Finally got a new battery for $360 as it's not covered by any warranty, yet I've only had the car for 3 months from the car yard. Myself and my partner rang daily for the week with promises of call backs to let us know what was happening, which we never recieved. A customer shouldn't have to chase up staff for days to return a call. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. If my car didn't come with this included warranty then I would have never sent it to this place. In future we will be going elsewhere for services and repairs, even if it voids the warranty."
