Our aim is to carefully titrate your felt experience, creating a sense of connection, safety, and internal space. If you are an NDIS participant who is Self-Managed or Plan Managed, and you have been funded for Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building funding within your NDIS plan, Plein Air Therapies may be able to assist you with our services.

Our goal is to strengthen your self-management skills relating to your NDIS funding and supports, empowering you to navigate life's challenges more effectively.

We hope to inspire people to re-discover their original state of connection to all things. It is our humble privilege to facilitate your process of remembering the innate, ancient wisdom deeply held within. This remembering is essential to hold a relationship between 'self', the natural environment, and society.

One of our unique offerings is Eco-Psychotherapy, an emerging field of study and practice. This approach takes the psychotherapy session outdoors, allowing you to connect with nature in a park, woodlands, beach, or another wilderness area. It is not just an expensive bushwalk; it is a powerful therapeutic experience.

We also offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, which has the potential to 'fast track' your treatment by efficiently bridging the subconscious mind with the conscious mind. Our sessions include counseling and psychotherapy to provide comprehensive support.

If you are looking for a beautiful way to experience life force energy, our Reiki Healing sessions are perfect for you. Reiki is a safe and gentle practice, often resulting in a warm and comforting sensation throughout your body during a healing session.

Meet Annabel, our purebred Apricot Toy Poodle. While she is still in the process of becoming a trained therapy dog, she is more than happy to greet you with bundles of joy and happiness. If you prefer Annabel to be absent from your therapy session, please let us know, and we will accommodate your request.
