For children and teens, we offer the Creative Wellbeing program, introducing them to creative mindfulness as a gentle and approachable way to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Through fun and engaging activities, they will develop valuable coping mechanisms, learn to regulate their emotions, and gain a better understanding of their own feelings.

If you're looking for a corporate wellbeing program that goes beyond standard lectures, our Creative Wellness for Business Success sessions are tailored to your team's needs. These sessions incorporate creative mindfulness techniques to deliver calming results without the boring slide show.

We understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why we are dedicated to finding what works best for you. Our one-on-one sessions can be held in person at our Preston location in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, or through online telehealth appointments.
